Hash House Harriers are a group of runners (and walkers) who like to socialise and they work up a thirst by running together.

Hashing is totally non-competitive and each week finds us at an interesting pub and a fabulous trail out in the countryside somewhere in Hampshire or the New Forest.

Hursley H3 is family friendly and we welcome all newcomers and visitors whatever your level of fitness.

Our trails are usually five or six miles long with shortcuts for those who aren't sure if they can run that far or who prefer to walk.

There is an occasional Friday Night Live trail in the summer which starts at 7pm. If you can catch the hare; the hare buys the beer!
